order Voice Mail:
If you are a Faculty/Staff member in need of voice mail
services please complete a Service Request on the
Telecommunications website:
http://departments.weber.edu/it/telecom/Services/Services.htm
A voice mail box will be created and a temporary password
assigned. You will be notified via email. If you are a
student living in campus housing,
click here, or call Student Accounts at extension 8855.

To
access Voice Mail/retrieve messages:
Dial extension 7400, if you are calling from your own
extension enter the # key, then enter your password followed
by the # key and follow the prompts.
If you are not calling from your own extension, dial 7400
then, as prompted, enter your extension number and the #
key, then follow the prompts.

To send
messages:
Dial 7400, and the # key (or your extension number and the #
key if you are not calling from your extension), your
password, the # key, and 1 for sending messages, then follow
the prompts.

To
change greetings:
A: Dial 7400, and the # key (or your extension number and
the # key, if you are not calling from your extension), your
password, the # key, and 3 to administer greetings, then
follow the prompts. (0 to listen, 1 to create change or
delete, 2 scan greetings, 3 activate, 4 to administer call
types.)
