1. Q: How does it work?
   A: To reach an individual from any on-campus phone, dial "8888," then speak the first and last name of the person you are trying to reach. The system will prompt you for the rest.
   A: If you are trying to reach a department, after dialing "8888," press 2 to access the Department Directory. You can then speak the name of the department you are trying to reach.
   
2. What types of numbers can I reach?
   A: All full-time WSU Faculty & Staff members and WSU Departments should be available. It also provides cell phone, pager, email addresses, and fax numbers, if available.
   
3. Q: How am I going to remember all this?
   A: Just remember this little phrase. "Dial 8888 It’s Great."
   
4. Q: Can I reach this directory from home?
   A: YES!! You can use the Phonetic Operator any time, by dialing 626-8888, or 801-626-8888 if you are out of the local area.
   
5. Q: What do I do if my name isn't in the Phonetic Operator?
   A: Students are not included in Phonetic Operator. If you are a full-time Faculty/Staff member and need to be added to the Phonetic Operator, please complete a Service Request on our website: http://departments.weber.edu/it/telecom/Services/Services.htm
