• Local (on campus) Calls:  
        Dial 4-digit extension number only.
        All Campus Extensions (including housing extensions).
    
•  Local (off campus) Calls: 
        Dial 9 + 7 Digit number
     
• Long Distance: This includes U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean.
        Dial 9 + 1 + area code + 7 digit number.
        Listen for dial tone.
        Dial your long distance authorization code.
        You will be charged for these calls.      
     
• International: Dial 9 + 011 + country code + city code + number
        Listen for dial tone.
        Dial your long distance authorization code.
        You will be charged for these calls.
     
• Collect and Credit Card: Dial 9 + 0 + area code + 7 digit number
        If dialing international dial 9 + 0 + 011 + country code + city code + number
        When operator answers, give instructions to bill collect or to your credit card.
        Operator will not place the call if no one accepts the charges.
        Collect calls cannot be billed to your phone.
