(Voice Mail on your PC )
Features:
  • Create Messages that can contain any or all types of media consisting of voice, FAX, file attachments, or text.
  • Forward, Reply, or Call Sender and attach voice comments.
  • Visually manage greetings with a few easy mouse clicks.
  • Mobile users can work off-line, and create messages and attach various types of media.  Messages will be sent the next time the user logs in.  If you are a mobile user on campus and are connected to the network you can get your voicemail on your PC where ever you have a network connection.
  • Create and easily manage Distribution Lists.
  • Messages can be scheduled for Future Delivery up to one year in advance.
  • Selectively retrieve messages in any order.
  • Annotate voice messages with its subject for easy retrieval later.
  • Fax Messaging:
    • No more lost or misdirected faxes. Faxes go directly to your mail box.
    • Faxes can be viewed or printed from your PC.
    • Faxes can be stored in a folder or forwarded with voice comments and other 
      related data.
    • Faxes can be magnified or the image contrast adjusted to enable reading of 
      small print or a poor quality image.
  • Retrieve deleted messages from the trash.
