Marks should not be
redrawn, modified or displayed in rough form (fig. A).
WSU Printing Services
will provide camera-ready mechanicals and/or digital masters
for all marks.
Integrity
The imagery in all three
marks should remain inside the shield and should not be
displayed as separate pieces (fig. B). The shield reinforces
visual continuity, distinguishes WSU from other universities
and helps to clarify the difference between our NCAA sports
teams and recreational clubs (marks for recreational clubs do
not emphasize the shield container).
Proportion
University marks and
signatures are designed according to a specific
height/width ratio. Even
slight distortions of marks or signatures will destabilize the
consistency of presentation (fig. C). |
