POLICY:

A. The due process provisions of the Student Code shall be reviewed every three years under the direction of the due process officer who shall make recommendations for revisions to the vice presidents for student services and academic affairs. Amendments to this Code shall follow procedures outlined in Policy No. 6-33 Amendments.

B. Any question of interpretation regarding the due process provisions of the Student Code shall be referred to the due process officer for final determination in consultation with the university legal counsel.
