POLICY

A. All student hourly employees will be paid at the minimum wage. Exceptions above minimum wage are allowed only upon the recommendation of the Personnel Office and the approval of the appropriate vice president.

B. Exceptions may exist if the job requires advanced technical or professional skills and/or whose duties consist of more than 75% supervisor responsibility.

C. Neither advanced or upper class standing nor extended service in the same position for more than one year shall be considered as de facto exception.
