POLICY

A. It shall be the practice of Weber State University to fly the national colors at half-mast on campus in honor or recognition of deceased individuals associated with Weber State who have given outstanding service or made significant contributions to the betterment of the University.

B. Individuals associated with the institution as members of the Utah State Board of Regents, Board of Trustees, University administration, faculty, staff, student body and alumni may be so honored.

C. The decision and the designation of the appropriate dates for such recognition shall be made by the president of the University or the President's Council.
