POLICY:

Weber State University will work cooperatively with appropriate planning groups in the city, county, and region to coordinate campus projections for traffic flow, needs for culinary water, irrigation water, storm drains and sanitary sewer, and other similar needs.

Weber State will hold a public hearing annually, with advance notification to the community, to receive input on proposed changes in the Campus Master Plan that would affect the neighborhoods and community around the university.

The results of the public hearing will be made available to the Board of Trustees and the State Board of Regents.
