I. REFERENCE:

Policy and Procedures No. 7-6, Operation of University Radio Station

II. POLICY:

A. Weber State University shall own and operate a noncommercial FM educational student laboratory radio station as authorized under provisions of a Federal Communications license. The Weber State University radio station shall be designated KWCR-FM.

B. The use of KWCR-FM equipment, studio, materials, and facilities by other than authorized personnel (who must be legitimate members of the Weber State University student body, faculty, and staff), is forbidden.
