POLICY:
Any students who feels discriminated against or harassed based on race, color,
ethnic background, national origin, religion, creed, age, lack of American
citizenship, disability, status of veteran, sexual orientation or preference or
gender, including sexual/gender harassment has rights under Policies and
Procedures Manual 3-32. Information is available at, and reports of
discrimination may be filed with the Office of Affirmative Action/Equal
Opportunity. In addition to or in lieu of filing a complaint with the WSU
Office of Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity, the student feeling
discrimination on the basis of race, color, ethnic background, national origin,
religion, creed, age, lack of American citizenship, disability, status of
veteran, sexual orientation or preference or gender, including sexual/gender
