POLICY

A. The Board of Trustees will approve, by the first meeting of the fiscal year, a budget plan for expenditure of discretionary funds for the fiscal year.

B. Following the close of the fiscal year, the Board of Trustees will approve a report comparing the actual expenditures with the previously approved budget plan.
